Lead Maximizer Pro – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Lead Maximizer Pro. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to provide clarity and protect both your business and ours.

1. Subscriptions and Billing

Lead Maximizer Pro is offered through monthly or annual subscription plans. There is no free trial. A one-time setup fee is required for onboarding and system configuration. All payments—including setup fees and subscription fees—are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation timing.

2. Data and Security

Your system is built on the GoHighLevel platform. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure your data is secure. However, we are not liable for any data breaches, loss, unauthorized access, or damage to data that may occur through use of the platform.

3. Use of the Service

The service is provided “as is,” with no guarantees of uptime, performance, or results. Users may not resell, sublicense, share, or transfer access to their account or system. Each subscription is intended solely for the business that purchased it.

4. Support and Availability

Support is available via chat, email, and Zoom seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central Time. We strive to respond to all inquiries promptly, though response times may vary depending on volume and complexity.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary templates, automations, content, workflows, scripts, and processes developed by Lead Maximizer Pro—excluding assets provided directly by the client—remain the sole intellectual property of Lead Maximizer Pro. Clients may not copy, replicate, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell any part of the system without written permission.

6. Use of Data and Testimonials

We may use aggregated, non-identifiable data from your system to improve platform functionality and training resources. Additionally, we may request testimonials or share anonymized success stories for marketing purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. In the event of any significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
